Change starts in You
Individual consultation is a multidimensional, integrative method of working with another person, combining elements of depth psychology, shamanism and spirituality. This approach allows you to recognize programs, blockages, beliefs, disharmonious energies, traumas stored deeply in the subconscious or encoded in the energy field and the body.
The main assumption of this approach is that we are multidimensional Beings, which means that our present life is influenced not only by our experiences from this life, but also by prenatal conditions, transmissions from our lineage and ancestors, karmic experiences, individual soul lessons and programs collective.
I recommend individual consultation as a multi-level support in the process of self-discovery, healing and internal integration. I love this job for its non-obviousness, for following the process and what is most alive. For being purely in touch with emotions, feelings, with what is currently happening. For the fact that, starting from history, we can reach ourselves and the recorded experiences, reach the truth of our heart. This allows us to be authentic with what we experience, even when it is embarrassing or inconvenient.
Working with my clients, I use shamanic practices, trance, weaving elements of coaching and working with energy, as well as systemic work.
During the meeting, we can work on any topic that is vivid and important to you.

Seksualność jest częścią relacji z ciałem, bliskością, granicami i życiową energią.
Podczas sesji możemy przyglądać się między innymi wstydowi, obrazowi ciała, potrzebom, przekonaniom dotyczącym seksualności, trudnościom w komunikowaniu granic i pragnień oraz sposobom budowania bliskości.
Praca ma charakter rozwojowy. Może obejmować rozmowę, pracę ze świadomością ciała, emocjami, oddechem i przekonaniami.
Sesje odbywają się online, w ubraniu. Nie obejmują nagości, dotyku seksualnego, kontaktu erotycznego ani usług o charakterze seksualnym. Nie diagnozuję ani nie leczę zaburzeń seksualnych. W sytuacji wymagającej wsparcia klinicznego rekomenduję kontakt z psychoterapeutą, seksuologiem lub lekarzem.
Investment
Moja praca ma charakter rozwojowy i wspierający. Nie zastępuje psychoterapii, diagnozy, leczenia psychiatrycznego, seksuologicznego ani medycznego.
Sesja indywidualna nie jest interwencją kryzysową ani formą leczenia uzależnień.
Jeżeli Twój temat wymaga pomocy klinicznej lub wykracza poza zakres moich kompetencji, powiem Ci o tym wprost i zarekomenduję poszukanie odpowiedniego specjalisty.
Podczas spotkania potrzebujesz spokojnego miejsca, prywatności i możliwości pozostania bez wpływu alkoholu lub innych substancji odurzających.
To zastępuje obecny zakaz pracy ze wszystkimi osobami posiadającymi diagnozę psychiatryczną. Sam fakt diagnozy lub przyjmowania leków nie powinien być komunikowany w sposób stygmatyzujący i automatycznie dyskwalifikujący.
