"I don't even know how to put it into words, so much has happened. I really feel this connection, I feel that the resistance that was so strong in me just disappeared. My mind was defending itself for the first few days, but my body was talking. for myself. As soon as I accepted the right of mind, I felt a huge tightness in my chest. It was hard for me because my head was really defending against it, but my body immediately rebelled and told me that what was telling me the head is not true. I talked to myself, I noticed it and I was confident that it would pass. At the moment, even my mind is not playing tricks on me, it just trusted. Thank you very much. For me it is something extraordinary. It feels like I can. that it is available to me, that I am worth it. The approach that you have to be unique has disappeared.
