2. the right to obtain a copy of the data - the right to request the Data Administrator to provide a copy of the processed data relating to the person submitting the request;
3. the right to rectify - the right to request the Data Administrator to remove inconsistencies or incorrectly processed personal data and to supplement them in the event of their incompleteness,
4. the right to delete data - the right to request the Data Administrator to delete data, the processing of which is no longer necessary to achieve any of the purposes for which they were collected;
5. the right to limit processing - the right to request the Administrator to cease operations on personal data - with the exception of operations consented to by the person, as well as the data subject - and their storage, in accordance with the adopted retention rules or until the reasons for limiting data processing cease to exist ( e.g. a decision of the supervisory authority will be issued authorizing further processing of the data);

3. data processing for the purpose of concluding, implementing and performing the contract takes place until the end / termination of the contract.
The Data Administrator has the right to extend the processing time of personal data if it is necessary to establish, investigate or defend against possible claims, and after that time, only to the extent required by applicable law.
The Data Administrator irreversibly destroys and deletes data after the expiry of the processing period, or carries out the process of their anonymization.
