I invite you to the second edition of the 7-week online workshop, which primarily aims to work with the 7 main chakras.

​

• At the workshop, you will learn to work with each chakra in turn.

• You will learn more about the human energy body.

• You will learn the reasons for blocking energy in your body.

• It will be an opportunity not only to change the current narrative that affects the flow of energy in your body, but also to actively work with techniques and meditations that activate and harmonize your chakras.

 

 

 

During the workshop, we will work in a secret group on FB, where we will share our discoveries and work results.

There, I will conduct online workshops with you, I will put in techniques, meditations and exercises for my own work and housework :). During the workshop, we will also meet at ZOOM in order to practice mantrowania, stimulate individual energy centers . Materials will be reproduced during the course, always available on our secret group. 7 weeks of work are planned (7 days for each of the chakras). This is mainly your independent work based on materials and practices prepared by me.
