We often do not realize that we are under stress, we do not see symptoms, we do not understand our body language, we simply do not care about ourselves.

If you answered the above question negatively, this workshop is for you.
The total duration of the workshop is 4 hours.
It takes place in 2 blocks (2 hours each) with a weekly interval.
During the break between blocks, participants have time for integration and the practice of shared exercises and techniques.
After the 2nd block, participants receive an additional script for their own work.
There is a possibility to adjust training to 1 meeting.

selection of relaxation technique for own needs
INVESTMENT:

200 pln + VAT / participant – the price includes the whole workshop + a package of additional materials, in case the workshop takes place in a room hosted by the customer.

300 pln + VAT / participant- the price includes the whole workshop + package of additional materials and the cost of renting the room.
QUERIES:

The number of places in the workshop should not exceed 10 people
